Peter Reich, director of the Institute for Global Change Biology at the U-M School for Environment and Sustainability, has been ranked the No. 1 ecology and evolution scientist in the world and in the United States by Research.com, a prominent academic platform for scientists.
The ranking is constructed using the H-index data gathered by Microsoft Academic and includes only prominent scientists with an H-index of at least 30 for scientific papers published in the field of ecology and evolution.
