About Lauren Cotter:
With more than two decades of experience in sustainability and strategy, Lauren Cotter serves as the Head of Sustainability for the UK & Ireland and as the Europe Sustainable Packaging Lead at PepsiCo. Prior to her current role, Lauren held leadership positions at PepsiCo, spearheading global sustainable packaging initiatives and shaping sustainability strategy for the North American beverage business. Before joining PepsiCo, she served as a corporate sustainability consultant, advising Fortune 100 companies across diverse industries such as manufacturing, food and beverages, and financial services.
Lauren’s commitment to sustainability stems from a deep-rooted passion for environmental stewardship and a belief in the transformative power of sustainable business practices.
